Unboxing video is mandatory for replacement
Record one clear, continuous video from before opening the sealed package until the product is completely removed and inspected. It must show the package condition, opening process, product removal, product condition, and any damage, defect, missing item, or wrong item.
Requests without a valid video may not be accepted. Replacement does not cover damage after delivery, misuse, accidental damage, or issues outside the applicable replacement conditions.
